Shipping Information

 

All orders ship within 4 business days! Orders over $100 are going to be shipped with signature required at delivery to avoid any loss. If you aren't home, they will go to a safe place to be collected by you! I am not responsible for your order if your address is entered incorrectly, it will not be refunded so please triple check that at checkout.

Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

 

 

Return Policy

 

PLEASE READ the shop listing thoroughly, I work very hard to make my listings as clear as they can be. Ring sizes and necklace lengths are listed with the item for sale. I do NOT do returns or exchanges for an item purchased that was the wrong size (i.e. rings.)

My top priority is to make my customers happy and become return customers! I will work with you but am going to avoid returns. Please know your ring size before purchasing.

Jewelry Care

Sterling silver will inevitably tarnish. Tarnish is a result of a chemical reaction  when exposed to salty air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach and other strong chemicals. To prevent tarnish as much as possible, it is recommend that you store your fine jewelry in a safe, dry place when engaging in the following activities:

  • Household and outdoor chores
  • Showering, bathing or swimming in pools, hot tubs, hot springs and the ocean
  • Using lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics
  • Exercising at the gym or during contact sports
  • Preparing meals

 To clean you can use the polishing cloth that is mailed to in your package and buff in one direction. To clean the pieces from oil you can use mild soap and water then dry with a cloth.

Remember it's easier to prevent tarnish than it is to remove it after it occurs. If you see it in the beginning to form be sure to clean it immediately.

What is a Frame Your Forest workshop?


A relaxing, hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own preserved moss artwork using moss, wood and other natural elements.


Do I need artistic experience?


Not at all! No experience is necessary. I’ll be there to guide you, help when needed, and give you plenty of room to make your piece your own.


Are all materials included?


Yes! Everything you need to create your piece is provided.


How do I reserve my spot?

Can I book a private workshop?


Yes! Frame Your Forest is available for private groups, birthdays, team-building events, family gatherings, bridal events and other special occasions. Contact me to discuss your group and availability.
